The Magical Cusco Tour is a group service designed to explore Cusco’s top attractions over 7 days.
This immersive journey combines history, archaeology, agriculture, gastronomy, stunning landscapes, and adventure sports into one unforgettable week.
This version is concise, dynamic, and highlights the unique aspects of the tour to make it more appealing to potential travelers.
Depending on your arrival time in Cusco, we’ll schedule the City Tour in the morning or afternoon for a comfortable first impression of the city, creating a charming experience many travelers describe as love at first sight.
This group tour lets you explore the highlights of the Inca Empire’s capital, including the Temple of the Sun «Qorikancha», the Cathedral, and the archaeological sites of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Tambomachay, and Pucapucara.
The City Tour begins with hotel pickup and a transfer by tourist bus to the mentioned sites, ending with a return to your hotel or San Francisco Plaza, just 3 minutes from the Main Square.
NOTE: If you arrive in Cusco after midday, this tour cannot be conducted and will be canceled as a «no show.»
Today, we’ll visit Chinchero, Moray, and Maras on a combined walking (approx. 2 hours) and biking (another 2 hours) tour through scenic trails, enjoying breathtaking landscapes and farmland. Chinchero is an authentic Inca village with stunning views of the Salkantay, Verónica, and Soray snow-capped peaks. In Moray, we’ll explore an Inca agricultural laboratory with circular terraces used to experiment with crops at different altitudes. Maras is famous for its ancient salt mines and impressive views of the Andean mountains.
The tour to the Humantay Lagoon in Cusco allows you to visit the imposing Humantay and Salkantay snow-capped mountains and surrounded by many other glaciers in the Andes Mountains. This lagoon has its origin in the melting of these majestic snow-capped mountains and, like the famous “Laguna 69” located in Huaraz, is one of the main scenic and natural beauty attractions located in Cusco.
The Sacred Valley was a key agricultural hub during the Inca Empire. To this day, it remains renowned for producing large-grain corn and other high-quality agricultural products celebrated worldwide.
This iconic Inca valley is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Andes, thanks to its breathtaking landscapes, towering snow-capped peaks, pleasant climate, fertile lands with abundant water, monumental cultural sites, and opportunities for adventure tourism.
During this tour, we’ll experience the valley’s rich cultural blend, art, and architecture. We’ll visit the archaeological site and market of Pisac, as well as the impressive fortress of Ollantaytambo.
At night we will arrive by train to the town of Aguas Calientes where we will spend the night at the foot of the magnificent Machu Picchu.
On this day, you’ll visit the iconic Machu Picchu! Depending on your assigned entry time, you’ll take the bus up to the citadel in the morning. Upon arrival, your expert guide will lead you on a 2-hour tour, sharing fascinating insights about this ancient wonder. After the guided tour, you’ll have free time to explore Machu Picchu at your own pace. If you’ve booked tickets for Huayna Picchu or Montaña Vieja (Machu Picchu Mountain), you can start your hike after the guided tour.
In the afternoon, you’ll take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you can relax and enjoy a delicious lunch.
Later, you’ll head to the train station (based on your scheduled departure time) to catch the train back to Ollantaytambo. From there, our private bus will be waiting to take you back to Cusco, marking the end of an unforgettable day.
